A standard 6-hour wedding and costume portrait package starts at € 1.250

A reduced 3-hour engagement, wedding, portrait or costume package starts at € 700

I offer wedding reportage primarily in Italy and Germany, but I'm also glad to travel. Please contact me about travel fees.

All my images are shot with state of the art digital cameras, the Canon EOS 1ds mk 3.

Standard wedding package includes:

Pre-shoot consultation
6 hours of coverage
Skilled photographic assistant on hand
Post production processing of all photographs
Approximately 400 hi-resolution digital images shot by the photographer
Additional hi-resolution “behind-the-scenes” digital images shot by the assistant
Online Gallery for selecting your favorite wedding pictures
Final selection of digital hi-resolution images for you to keep
DVDs with hi-resolution image files of your wedding photographs suitable for making fine art prints. These are non-watermarked files for which you have full license for personal usage including albums, prints, social media, etc. even though I (or an eventual alternate) retain the copyright on the photos.

We can meet or Skype anytime at your convenience to select your best photographs and discuss the style, finish and layout of the album. A wide range of beautiful luxury printing options are available.

My extensive experience in publishing assures that your album will be an exquisitely-crafted art book. I usually print in Italy with one of the most renowned printers in Europe using only the finest materials, from special inks on archival papers, to perfect bindings and cover materials.

Prints

Together we can select your best images for luminous fine art prints on archival paper.

There is a variety of standard options:

40 photographic prints on archival fine art paper (in color and/or b/w or sepia-tone), 21 cm x 30 cm (8.3” x 11.7”), € 1.180

24 photographic prints on archival fine art paper (in color and/or b/w or sepia-tone), 21 cm x 30 cm (8.3” x 11.7”), € 810

Prints on archival fine art paper up to a size of 42 x 60 cm (16.5” x 23.4”) are available. Contact me for a quote.

The prints will be shipped to you directly (please allow 5 to 6 weeks).

Prints can also be made using your own preferred lab from the files on your DVD.

Engagement portraits

Engagement portraits are not only a joyful record of your new commitment as a couple. A personalized one-on-one shoot is a great way for me to get to know you better and for you to feel more comfortable in front of the camera for your wedding shoot.

Standard price for an engagement shoot (indoor or outdoor locations): € 600

Thank You cards. Personalized written and/or photo cards are the perfect way to show your gratitude. Choose from a variety of cards, in color or black and white, to print with your personal message. Different formats are available, including postcards or folded greeting cards with an assortment of envelopes.

Booking Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking:

For all packages, a 50% retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session.

Half of the he remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled session, and the remaining half of the balance is due upon receipt of the proofs.

Payment:

All retainer fees must be paid immediately and can be paid by wire transfer, direct deposit, or credit card through PayPal up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date. Transaction costs will be added to the fee. After that, payments must be made by direct deposit, wire transfer, or in cash.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the date of the session, the client is entitled to a full refund. If cancellation is made up to 15 days of the sceduled session, the client forfeits 50% and the retainer fee paid to book the session date will act as the cancellation fee. After 15 days, there will be no refund.

If the client needs to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate them and no cancellation fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable.

Special Orders:

When ordering prints and/or albums 50% of your order balance is required at the time the order is made. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick up. Shipping charges are not included.
