I trained as an economist then worked as a researcher at one of the leading economic research institutions in Germany on market transformations in Eastern Europe. But an old passion for photography and editorial design became a calling and, in 1996, I opened my own studio.
In 2007, I founded The Net, a design and communication company where I am creative director, master photographer, and graphic designer. The company delivers ideas and images in lifestyle, promotion and sustainable marketing to an international clientele.
And then came Venice Weddings … my passion. The couple’s story, the location scouting, the light … it’s never the same. It’s always a fresh challenge to turn my clients’ dreams into that timeless still image.
Here I am … positioning myself to capture your moment, excited because I never know what will happen next in this magical setting.
Although I am based in Venice and Dusseldorf, I am also available for destination weddings.
Publications
As a commercial photographer, my work is regularly published in books, magazines, and catalogues the world over.
